David is a professor of Innovation and Strategic Management and Director of Research/Deputy Head of College at Lincoln International Business School, University of Lincoln. He was previously professor of Regional Economic Development and Policy at the University of Strathclyde, Dean of Research at Curtin Business School, Perth Australia, and Professor of Business Innovation at Newcastle University in the UK, where he was also founding director of the research centre for Knowledge, Innovation, Technology and Enterprise, director of the Institute for Policy and Practice and research director/alternate head of the Business School.

David’s research experience encompasses regional innovation policy, innovative clusters, innovation management, university engagement with business and communities, and urban competitiveness. David has led or been a co-investigator on around 80 projects, funded by the European Commission, UK government, ESRC, OECD and other national and regional bodies.



Professor Hamdi is currently Chair of Finance Department, California State University, Long Beach. He has been teaching at CSULB since 1987 with teaching interests of Financial Management and Theory of Finance; and research interests of Co-integration of Markets, Foreign Direct Investments and Risk Measurement. He has acquired BS degree of Finance at Istanbul University in 1972; MBA degree at Louisiana State University in 1975; and DBA degree at Louisiana State University in 1983.

After his graduation from Louisiana State University, he worked as instructor at Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia (1979 - 1981), North Carolina Central University, Durham, North Carolina (1978 - 1979) and Christopher Newport College, Newport News, Virginia (1977 - 1978). In 1981, he was promoted as Assistant Professor at Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas. Since 1984, he has worked at California State University, Long Beach with the position of Associate Professor at the beginning.



Malcolm has been Associate Professor of Economics, Swinburne University of Technology since 2008. He also take responsibilities of Associate Colleague, PROPHE research centre, State University of New York at Albany; Associate Researcher, Centre for Research in International Education, Auckland, New Zealand; Member of the Board of Management, the Pines Learning Centre, Melbourne; President of the School Council, East Doncaster Secondary College, Melbourne; Director of East Doncaster Secondary College Co-operative Ltd; and Member of the Board of Directors, C’est Si Bo Beach Flats Limited, Whangaparaoa, New Zealand.

Professor Malcolm achieved BA degree of Economics with Honours at La Trobe University in 1985. After that, he finished the MA program of Economics at La Trobe University in 1989 and Ph.D. program at University of Melbourne in 1993.



Dr. Mohshin is the Director, International Business Program & Senior Lecture, International Business Faculty of Business and Law, Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. Before that, Dr. Mohshin worked as Lecturer, Faculty of Business and Enterprise Swinburne University of Technology, Australia from 2006 to 2009; Discipline Leader, Management, Program Coordinator, International Business Program Faculty of Higher Education, Lilydale Swinburne University of Technology from 2008 to 2012.

Dr Mohshin has achieved the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with Honours  at AMA Computer University, Manila, Philippines; the Master Master of Business Administration degree of Development Economics at University Of Santo Tomas (UST), Manila, Philippines; and the Doctor degree of  Management  at Deakin Business School, Deakin University, Australia.



Dr. Hao Quach started his academic career in 1998. He joined the University of Lincoln, Business School in January 2014. Prior to that he had worked either as a lecturer or as a research fellow at a number of universities, including Harvard University (US), California State University at Long Beach (US), University of Salford-Manchester (UK), University of Liverpool (UK), University of Birmingham (UK), National Economics University (Vietnam) and National University of Vietnam in Hanoi (Vietnam). He has published research in areas of capital markets with specific focus on pricing models, business valuation, investment strategies, corporate governance, behavioral finance, banking system and microfinance.

Dr. Hao Quach is a Fulbright Scholar/Research Fellow at Harvard University (United States). He holds a PhD (Accounting and Finance), MBA (International Banking and Finance) from the University of Birmingham (United Kingdom) and a BSc (Economics of Banking and Finance) from National Economics University (Vietnam).



Mrs Siobhan is the Head of the Division of Accountancy and Finance within Lincoln International Business School with the responsibilitiy of providing academic subject leadership for accountancy and finance by supporting the Deputy Head of School with developing a strong and vibrant subject related academic community. 



Dr.Tu is a senior lecturer in finance and banking, she has intensive knowledge in corporate finance, corporate governance and bank restructure. She has delivered many intensive courses on financial analysis, financial planning, project appraisal and credit appraisal for bank officers and financial managers from VNPT, VN Airlines, Viettel, EVN, TKV etc… As a consultant, she has a deeply understanding about Vietnam finance and banking system and nearly 20 year working experiences with the World Bank, State Bank of Vietnam, VBARD, BIDV, People Credit Fund, Ministry of Finance, Vietnam Bank Association and Deposit Insurance of Vietnam.  As a researcher, she is a team leader and member of national and international research projects. Her interest research topics relate to capital structure, green banking, bank restructure, and corporate governance in bank and has many publications in international symposiums and specialization journals in banking and finance.



Dr. Cuong is a Vice Dean and Lecturer at Faculty of Finance and Banking, University of Economics and Business  -VNU. From 2007 – 2010 he has completed post-doctoral in Finance and Banking, SDFI Center, University of Paris IX-Dauphine (France) and visiting Lecturer in CFVG - Program of Paris Chamber of commerce and Industry. In the period of 2002 – 2006, he was a teaching assistant/lecturer at University of Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV (France).



Dr. Van is a Vice Dean and Lecturer at Faculty of Finance and Banking, University of Economics and Business –VNU. Teaching interest include Bank Management, Treasury Management in Banks, Financial Risk Management, and Corporate Finance in undergraduate and master programs. Research interest includes retail banking services, electronic banking services, bank restructuring, risk management in banks, bank mergers and acquisitions, personal finance, microfinance operation.



Dr. Ha is currently the Head of Department of Finance, Faculty of Finance and Banking, University of Economics and Business - VNU. Her main research areas are: developing green banking towards sustainable growth, investment banking models, the impact of banking education on the development of the banking industry in Vietnam, develop social capital markets globally and in Vietnam and strengthen the legal capacity and mechanism to attract capital for social enterprises.



Dr. Thanh is the Head of Research and Development Cooperation, University of Economics and Business – VNU. Dr. Thanh has participated as consultant or researcher in many projects and programs with the World Bank, Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Science and Technology, Central People's Credit, Vietnam Development Forum (joint research project between the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) in Tokyo and the National Economics University), the State Securities Commission, the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, the Viet Nam Bank for Industry and Commerce, the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Dr. Thanh has extensive knowledge in the field of finance and has taught specialized classes in financial management, strategic planning, local budget management, financial investment, risk management, securities issue practices and auditing for finance directors, financial managers in ministry and local offices, employees at security, audit, insurance firms and banks.
